Because Hyrica provides digital marketing services that begin shortly after an order is placed, most services are not eligible for automatic refunds once campaign work has started.

- • A service was not delivered as described
- • There is a confirmed technical error on our end
- • A campaign cannot be started due to issues unrelated to the client
- • The client requests cancellation *before* delivery begins
3. When Refunds Cannot Be Given
Refunds will not be issued when:
- • A campaign has already started or been partially delivered
- • The client’s account becomes restricted, shadowbanned, or disabled by the platform
- • Delays occur due to algorithm updates or platform changes
- • The client provides incorrect, private, or invalid account information
- • The client "changes their mind" after purchase
4. Cancellations Before Delivery
If a cancellation request is made before a campaign is started, we may issue a full or partial refund depending on the status of the order.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any billing or service concerns. Filing a chargeback without giving us the opportunity to assist may result in:
- • Account suspension
- • Blocking from future services
- • Submission of evidence to Stripe to contest the dispute
We work closely with Stripe to handle disputes fairly.
